As a Freehold pub, we aim to bring you the best selection of independently brewed lagers and ales. Our very own Two Valleys lager, brewed in collaboration with True Story Brewing, is on tap alongside a range of other ales and lagers from Somerset and adjacent counties.

Cider, however, is dominated by Iford Cider, co-founded by owner William Cartwright-Hignett in 2016 with Joe Abbott. Made on the Iford Estate at the Iford Cider Taphouse, just a mile from The Inn at Freshford, it doesn’t get more local than that. Never from concentrate, in addition to our standard range of cider (including alcohol-free ‘Wild and Free’ cider), don’t miss the ever-changing seasonal range of fruit ciders.
