Executive Chef Matthew Briddon heads up the kitchen at Freshford, and designs innovative, seasonal menus for you to enjoy.

Locally sourced, often grown or reared on the adjacent Iford Manor Estate or nearby farms, diners are in for a treat; whether tucking into bar snacks or enjoying a full meal.
